It is June 12, 2026, I just returned from a trip to Guatemala. It is always a great experience to visit the origin of one of my favorite coffee's. 
Huehuetenango, Guatemala which is located just South of the Mexico border has some of the best coffee growing regions in the world.  
 

   Traveling around the world for the last 25 years. 
​​I have visited coffee plantations in South and Central America, Jamaica and Mexico Learning how to roast from coffee roasters in Guatemala, USA and Mexico. Taking Barista courses in Guatemala.
   Learning to cup coffee like the professionals from the original person who developed "Cup of Excellence"  
   We use a professional Drum Roaster designed by the German company Diedrich. This commercial gas fired roaster built in USA gives me the opportunity to roast in small batch artisian style to ensure the absolute best tasting coffee.

    Our Guatemala is a high demand coffee that we roast to a Medium Roast which gives it the mellow flavor of Guatemala coffee.  All the different flavors you taste with our coffee are natural. No, artificial flavors are added to any of our coffee.         When you as an example taste Chocolate, Toffee or Molasses. This is all Natural flavors depending on many different things.
The types of coffee, the region, the weather patterns, the altitude of the mountains and the process and care taken by the farmers.
 We are now offering "ESPRESSO"  If you like Bold Coffee but without bitterness try our ESPRESSO. 

   I enjoy talking to the farmers in Guatemala and listen to their stories. One farmer showed me the old Diesel engine he bought which now he can make electric to power his washing station that he installed two years ago. With his own electric power, He is able to do custom work for small area farmers now.
 

   Guatemala coffee is considered by many to be the finest coffee in the world.  Guatemala Gold from the Huehuetenango Region of Guatemala is our brand.

If you drink Decaf, make sure you drink coffee that has Not been processed with dangerous chemicals.  Our Mountain Water Process has NO Chemicals.

I use a Commercial, Diedrich Drum roaster, designed by Germans,         "Built in USA"  Do not confuse this Professional, Superior way of roasting to the Chinese built Air Roasters that work like a Pop Corn machines.

                  
Roasting Speciality coffee Artisan Style, which is the finest top grade coffee in the world. The Diedrich Roaster uses a cast iron drum heated by gas flame burners producing the best in coffee flavors.
